All the prepaid cards, coupons, e-vouchers, game codes, CD keys, and any other services made available by FLEXIMART are non-refundable and non-returnable digital items. As it cannot be ascertained whether the product has already been used, the service could be used only once, and the right of withdrawal is not available. Refunds will not be issued due to your dissatisfaction with the product or if your device does not meet the minimum Product requirements.

Please note that we can cancel your order or refund your money only before your order has been delivered. Once you receive the item(s) (digital codes of prepaid or gift cards, cards sent by mail, etc.), they are considered non-returnable and non-refundable.
Once the order is placed, the customer cannot change the email id. as We sent the digital codes to the registered email ID used while placing the order online

The written declaration should contain your first and last name and order number. This information should be identical to the data initially submitted on your order.
